I'm Tania Figueroa, founder of The Next Forty, a space for conscious leadership and business growth for women business owners and the organizations that support them. For more than twenty years, I've worked at the intersection of business, entrepreneurship, social change, and education , a path that has included advertising, teaching, and community organizing.
For much of that time, I've walked alongside women and underestimated leaders navigating moments when their business, their work, and how they lead are all shifting at once. At Prospera, I worked directly with Latina immigrant entrepreneurs, coordinating programs and supporting projects at different stages of growth and, through Prospera's partnerships with other organizations, I came to understand up close the challenges nonprofits face: pressure from funders, and how to deliver results without becoming a rigid, heartless structure.
The Next Forty was born from that journey. My methodology helps you build the internal and external structure you need whether you're an entrepreneur or an organization to sustain what's coming.
